New Cashless Catering System

On the 4th of February we will be introducing a new cashless till system in our canteen. The upgrade forms part of our ongoing commitment to improve and modernise the systems that we use in our kitchen. 

The improved till system continues to work alongside Schoolcomms enabling parents to top up their child’s balance, and to further align ourselves with how Flintshire schools operate, we will no longer be accepting cash on site after Friday 31st January.
 
As a parent, the School gateway app will continue to show your child’s transaction history, enabling you to see what your child is choosing to eat during the school day. 

We would, however, like to make you aware that there will be a transitional period between Thursday 30th January and Monday 3rd February when you will be unable to top up balances as the switchover between systems takes place. 

The process will complete on Monday 3rd February at 5pm and balances will be able to be topped up after this time.
